Every human has a God-given purpose that must be fulfilled in our lifetime and as we begin to seek God for our purpose, He will instruct us on how to fulfill it. But as we begin to obey God's instructions the enemy will try to get us the doubt and deviate from them; one of the greatest tactics he uses to do this is through voices that try to convince us to disobey God's instructions. This is the case for the prophet in 1 Kings 13 who let the voice of another prophet cause him to disobey a command that God gave him; this mistake cost him his life. Abraham also made this same mistake when his wife convinced him be disobedient to God's instructions; this mistake birthed Ishmael. But you don't have to deviate from God's instructions. You don't have to listen to the voices of people and the enemy. You can guard against the mistake that is detrimental to your purpose!
