Comedian Spank Horton is a Philly native and integral part of the comedy collective THE PLASTIC CUP BOYS along with Kevin Hart, Joey Wells and Na'im Lynn. Over the past 5 years he's made various strides in his craft that range from a Netflix special and comedic tours to a role in the recent Tom & Jerry film by Tim Story.
