One of the most dynamic centers in basketball history. 7 ft. 2 in, The "A-Train", as he was called, gave national attention to the University of Jacksonville, then went on to win a ABA Championship. Next step, played in the Windy City of Chicago (Bulls) then on to the Alamo (San Antonio Spurs) After which, was honored into the NBA Hall of Fame and received a doctorial degree in education. Dr. Gilmore, as his status has him, is one, that has experienced and seen the levels of basketball and life.
