Yet so many writers believe that they must first write a book, or first give a speech on stage, or finally finish a degree in order to be happy. in other words, they postpone their happiness the entire time they’re working towards success. All of my mentors have helped me realize this is backwards. 

In this show, I will share with you how to prioritize your happiness one day at a time. It begins with a decision to be peaceful, then your training to drop anger and disappointment, and also your choosing to shift old habits.
