Review your metrics for production and take stock of your progress for projects you've outlined for this quarter. Step 2: Choose 1-2 Tasks to Work on Those GoalsIdentify small tasks you can do in an hour or less to get closer to accomplishing those quarterly goals. Write those down and set aside. Step 3: Review the Week AheadConfirm or adjust appointments and make sure you have space in your calendar for the following items...Step 4: Schedule Your Daily MustsProspecting time, follow up, social media posting, workouts, date night, fun outings with family, self careStep 5: Add Space; Schedule Your 1-2 Tasks From Step 2Schedule an hour here and there to do those tasks from Step 2 that will help you work ON the business to improve systems, experiences, learn new skills etc. Then, leave everything else open.
