For years, Kelley Gilberry ate the standard American diet and had the weight gain and clogged arteries to show for it. But a devastating personal loss and a pivotal doctor’s visit changed his life forever. You got yellow, purple, red, green, black, orange. All these different types of colors of vegetables, those colors mean something. So those colors are the different nutrient profiles.
