"My name is Matt LaBosco and I have invested the last 20 years of my life as a personal trainer, corrective movement specialist, bodyworker, teacher, instructor, and performance life coach. My journey began as a three sport athlete undergoing 5 orthopedic surgeries before the age of 22 and managed a slew of other debilitating injuries (and I wasn’t even playing football!). Safe to say I was left frustrated, confused, and feeling defeated in more ways than one.
In addition to the 20 years of experience working with people inside of movement enhancement, rehabilitation, and nutritional optimization, I am a certified Practitioner in Modern Applied Psychology, and Certified in HeartMath Personal Resilience. I currently have full private practice, coaching and mentoring people to fulfill the outcomes and results they are looking to create in their relationships, career, health, and finances.
