I needed Nicole's take on consistency over perfection on podcasts. I started mine at the end of September and have fallen off a bit on consistency because I'm not happy with the quality, but I am averaging 500 listens per episode. Apparently that isn't to shabby for a newbie. I do think I was trying to do more then I was ready for, so I'm pulling back a bit, but it will be consistent and not random as I get to the point I wanted to be at.
