#16. How "gentle parenting" taught me to be kinder to myself

It's pretty amazing what caring for little people can teach you about caring for yourself. As we head into the thick of the holiday season, I encourage you to double down on listening to your body and giving it exactly what it needs. Time to slow down and breathe <3
