In episode 8, Dani Tan focuses on navigating the inner critic and strategies for overcoming self-doubt. The first phase was about listening to and understanding the inner critic, identifying triggers, and reframing negative self-talk. The second phase was about supporting the inner critic through finding a supportive network or community, practicing self-care and reflection, and building self-confidence and self-belief.
