It is the end of April and I have some updates for you. Next month is officialy Mental Health Month and I will be showing up with special guests and solo shows as well as video content for YouTube and Instagram. One special guest I am excited about is Eric Hanson. Eric and I met in 2010 and have been friends ever since. May marks 10 years of being a suivide survivor. I am honored to reflect on the last 10 years. Stay tuned for new content and some new reflections on what life has been like since 2013.
