Adam Lamb, soccer coach and member of CrossFit Memorial Hill, fills us in on growing up in England, the joy of coaching soccer and nurturing a love of the game in the next generation.

Adam is the Women's Assistant Coach at Avila University and Head Coach of under 16 boys, under 16 girls and under 8 boys at Sporting Blue Valley (Youth Affiliate of Sporting KC).
