In today’s episode, we spoke with Rob Brinded. He’s a former health and strength coach and has found a new way of life through a one-off experience a few years ago.
Rob used to work for Chelsea FC and did every possible ‘Western Medicine’ education you could imagine. During one of the checks with a player, he discovered something unique and had to dig deeper to find out.
This led to him finding out about alternative treatments, how the mind influences the body, and why we not only have to separate money from state but decentralize our minds as well!
