Energy Healing

The  Energy Body - Our body is a magnificent machine, it can be compared to a sophisticated piece of electronic equipment that has numerous circuits, wiring and electricity to make it function. You have an autonomic nervous system that controls your blood flow, heart rate, breathing and many other functions 24/7 subconsciously.  But apart from your physical body you also have an energy body made up of a network of wiring, not physical wiring but energy wiring called meridians. There are also various junctions where these wiring points meet called chakras, or energy centres. There are many chakras in the body but the most well known ones are at the top of the head (the crown chakra), the forehead in between and above the eyes (the 3rd eye seat of the pineal gland), the throat, the heart, the stomach or solar plexus area, the groin, the feet.
