Episode 38 Season 2 is out with Kevin Hollabaugh. Kevin is the Owner of Proforce Sports Performance in Cincinnati, a Professor at University of Cincinnati, and has his own podcast called “PFEDU”. Kevin has a long resume in the Strength and Conditioning Industry including St. Vincent Sports Performance, University of South Florida, and Indiana University Health Sports Performance. Kevin prides himself on being a dedicated Father & Husband, Entrepreneur, and Strength Coach.

 Proforce has been voted the best Strength and Conditioning Facility in Cincinnati three years in a row (18, 19, 20). Proforce prides themselves on providing the best individualized programs for each athlete while creating a competitive, positive environment for them to grow. Athletes of all age’s train here from middle school all the way to professional baseball players. Kevin and his staff do an amazing job challenging the athlete everyday to grow and succeed.

Kevin graduated from University of Cincinnati with his Masters and Bachelors in MHA. He has almost every certification you can think of including CSCS, FMSC, and USAW. Kevin has interviewed with many professional teams such as the New York Yankees and Cincinnati Reds.
