She discusses the emotional hardship that she and her two sons endured. Sherry elaborates on how a chance encounter with another law enforcement officer widow, helped her through the grieving process, to find their new normal. She also discusses her life today and how she dedicates much of her time to help family members of fallen law enforcement officers through her work with Concerns Of Police Officers (C.O.P.S.).
