Clubhouse is a new social media platform that has popped up over the last year that is an invitation-only audio-chat platform. Users can create rooms and have discussions about any topic they want. There are hosts who facilitate the conversations and allows users to listen, learn and sometimes participate in the discussions. As with any social media platform, there is of course a watch community that is slowly migrating to Clubhouse. The discussions that we have been a part of so far have been very interesting, with many large figures in the watch community facilitating the discussions. We have spoken about micro brands, the modern watch craze for steel sports watches, and even about the pre-owned watch space. The discussions are great show potential for great virtual watch events.
