Illegal Immigrant Killed His Son And Politicians Wouldn't Listen.  His son, 21 year old U.S. Marine, James Walden III was killed by an illegal immigrant, in a hit and run accident. James Walden states that the killer, an immigrant was in the Country illegally and he had many contacts with law enforcement before the  incident. Had he been deported, his son would still be alive.
