I was able to sit down IN PERSON (YAY!)  (in between lockdown 1.0 and 2.0!) with my friend, TV presenter and conscious mama of two, Olivia Wayne. I wanted to have Olivia on the show because she and I share the same constant juggle, something we often talk (read: moan) about when we’re together: navigating our choice to consciously parent our children and manage a holistic way of living, alongside a deep passion and ambition for our careers.

 

As women, this is no easy feat, as our choices in this holistic way of life leave little time for much else. So Olivia and I enjoyed unpacking the challenges, the best ways to manage it, and what we can do to let go and surrender.

 

For any mums out there feeling the weight of the juggle, Olivia offers tidbits of wisdom, guidance and humour and I would encourage you to put the kettle on, make yourself a cup of tea, and veg out in something comfortable to feel like you’re very much in the room with two tired mums having a natter.
