Last time we were in Ireland, every Sunday morning we went to our great friend Murt O’Briens house in Wicklow town. While everyone else in holy Catholic Ireland was in church, we lay down on his living room floor and started breathing to the sound of a CD called 100 Breaths to Joy by Judith Kravitz.
