As a recognition of his contribution, he was elected as Global Convener of the ISO HR Metrics Standards Working Group. During his leadership, ISO published two global HR standards specifications including Quality of Hire and Impact of Hire”. He has been a speaker at international HR conferences and seminars in Las Vegas, Beijing, Moscow, Baku, Hanoi and Dubai. He is also the Chief Editor of HR Magazine Workforce Tomorrow.
