#13 Comparison-itis, Competition and Runging (as we call in HD)
In this episode, I talk about comparison and how when we judge ourselves by other peoples highlights reel, or social media how we are setting ourselves up for low self-worth and let down.
I Human Design we call this runging, the way we see others better or worse compared to us and how we are moving to the new paradigm for the planet where instead of having a hierarchy of most valuable down to least valuable we see all people and experiences as of equal value just different.
