Regardless of how bad you think 2018 might have been for you, I bet you can still muster up 50 things to celebrate if you put pen-to-paper. Too often we focus on the things that didn't meet our expectations or the negative crap. However, it's imperative we take the time to write out and celebrate the things we did well....Small "wins" to big achievements. There are 31 Million seconds (Or 525K minutes) in a calendar year, and I would be hard-pressed to think that every second in 2018 was as bad as you say it was.
