Colman Power is an organic grower, personal trainer, and author. Colman has his Masters in Organic Horticulture and teaches people how to grow their own food, mentoring them from the ground up through harvest. Currently, Colman holds courses at Featherfield Farm in Kildare, Ireland. As a personal trainer through his Organic Fitness Program, Colman brings people back to the basics of proper nutrition, activity, and the importance of a positive mindset.
