Tamzin Merchant is an actor and writer best known for her roles in 2005's Pride and Prejudice, The Tudors and most recently Amazon Prime's Carnival Row alongside Orlando Bloom and Cara Delevingne.
Her first book for children 'The Hatmakers' came out in February 2021 with Puffin Books.
We talked to Tamzin about the inspiration around her new book and her writing process. We discussed the ever-present feeling of imposter syndrome that stalks all creatives, and how Tamzin deals with her own moments with it.
