On the latest episode I yarn with Katie, a mother and self-employed creative, about her experience with bipolar disorder. We talk about Katie's journey towards diagnosis, tools that she uses to manage on a day-to-day basis, as well as the power of labels and words. She also talks about her experience with PMDD (premenstrual dysphoric disorder), and the difficulties she faced in reaching this diagnosis.
