Generalized Pustular Psoriasis (GPP) is a chronic, and potentially life -threatening neutrophilic skin disease, distinct from plaque psoriasis and is chattacterized by the occurrence of flares - episodes of widespread outbreaks of painful, sterile pustules that can begin in a localized region of the body.
