This podcast is an answer to a viewer's letter about how to cope with being a single parent. ( thank you for your letters) I address several of a lovely viewers questions in ASMR close personal attention role play and as requested also talk about myself and my own journey. I then speak about methods of coping and building resilience and acceptance. This is suitable for single parents or someone experiencing a stage of feeling alone.
