Pastor Chris continues our series entitled “Faithful: A Study in 1st & 2nd Peter.” In this teaching, “True and False,” we investigate 2nd Peter 1:12-2:3 & 2:13-21, in which Peter reminds his readers of the truth of the return of Jesus. He also exposes the false teachers and their practices which have introduced confusion in the churches receiving his letter. Through this study, we are reminded of the enslaving power of sin, to beware leaders who change established truths, and to recognize the tremendous need we have to practice discernment.
