Laura believes in breaking down old employment 'rules' of professionalism, bringing the fullness of your personality and character to your work, and showing up just the way you are, in all your messy, flawed awesomeness.

She has over 17 years of experience working in communications with businesses large and small. Laura combines mentoring, training, and strategy, working with people on all aspects of communication strategy - from the roots of your values and vision and the foundations of your messaging, right through to where and how you show up, who you’re talking to, putting it all into a plan and sharing it with confidence.

Laura shares her experience of developing her business from having a solid and established way of working with “big business” and taking this breadth of knowledge to develop her communications framework that she now works with in big and small businesses alike. She talks to us about her journey with the mastermind, leaning into difference and nuance and what being in a community of such badass humans looks and feels like.
