David was dealing with a very sinful time in his life. In Psalm 51, he pointed to four things we should all pray about. 1) a pure heart, 2) a steadfast spirit, 3) the joy of salvation, and 4) a willing spirit. Let's help one another remember these in every Christian's prayer life.
