We are now 54 days away from Election Day and while the races at the top of the ballot have dominated the attention of many national and sate-wide pundits, there are also a number of local races that will be important to our local communities - one of those races is for the School Board in Johnston County and with Chris Edwards in studio to discuss his candidacy is David Spain.
