What better way to celebrate and say thank you to my family in the week of Thanksgiving than having my Brothers tell their success stories as new business owners. Life is challenging, but we need to remind ourselves to rejoice in every small thing that happens to us and always be thankful for what the universe brings in our direction.Today’s guests, Raul Tapia Jr. and Erik Tapia, will tell us how they decided to open a brewing company and which was their journey with both the challenges and sucess they had to face. Raul Tapia Junior is the Vice President of Operations for not only Tapia Brothers but for Kitchen cuts. Jr. came on board full time in 2000 at the company, and he oversees and is part of all the daily activities of the Tapia brothers. And with 15 years of experience in purchasing and impeccable management skills, Jr is an essential component to the top of your brother's team. Eric Tapia is the vice president of sales for Tapia Brothers and Kitchen Cuts. In 2011, he became the general manager of our Phoenix division, which he oversaw and opened himself into 2006.
