As debate continues about driverless cars on San Francisco streets, California lawmakers are talking with the auto industry about driverless trucks now, too.
A new bill is advancing in the state legislature that would put limits on testing out driverless 18-wheelers, and would require a human to be inside the truck until at least 2031.
