This is the first in a series of episodes in which I’m interviewing clients of mine who have uncovered their purpose and gone after their dreams. Julie’s mission is to empower companies to embrace workplace wellness, by offering workshops to enlighten, engage, and uplift their employees through topics like mindfulness, gratitude, and joy.
