Sometimes the affirmations you find online just don’t resonate with you. They aren't tailored enough to how you speak and how you hear certain things. Finding your own words to use can be much more meaningful than generic affirmations (although those are helpful too!)


Today I am going to give you some tips on writing your own affirmations. How to create positive affirmations for yourself. They can help you to achieve any goals you may have. They can also help you shift your reality into something more healing and affirming. They can help to rewire your brain toward a more positive outlook and help you to work on deeper workings of your subconscious such as feelings of self-love or shame.
