As you would have heard in our previous episode, Josh Ferrari exceeded all expectations when he managed to raise $6 million in a 30-day money-raising challenge when the goal was only $500 000! Following from this, we discuss the systems which Josh has put in place since the challenge and the people he has hired to help him improve his business and allow him to focus on what he does best. Josh and his wife have a deep desire to help others; part of the reason for entering into real estate was to make enough money to be able to change people’s lives for the better.
