Season 4 Episode 16 is out with Garrison Roy. Garrison has a very extensive background working for the Florida baseball ranch, Cressy Sports Performance, and Tread Athletics. Garrison graduated and played baseball at Winston-Salem State University while studying Kinesiology and Exercise Science.

During this episode, Garrison goes in-depth explaining what exactly is a performance coach. There has been a lot of confusion about what exactly is a performance coach.
