Jon Smeija from the Green Biz Group came by. We talked about the state of the circular economy and the challenge we are facing in the next few decades. Jon is a chemist by training and has been in technical roles in corporations for most of his career until he stepped over to the green biz group where he runs their event on circular economy. We speak of the immense challenges we are facing in the coming years and address things like there is no such thing as away, consumers are in some way product blind, the culture of convenience is one of the biggest challenges we have to face if we are to make meaningful progress and much more.
