Episode #78. The podcast continues with special guest Yasmin Irfani. Jared and Yasmin recently worked together on a NAMI event called We Rise. So grateful she said yes to being a guest on the podcast. It was a wonderful conversation. Her understanding of self-love and acceptance really stood out.
Yasmin's BIO:
Yasmin Irfani is a 28 year old Pakistani Muslim American who is passionate about having open conversations about emotional and mental wellness. She received her M.S in College Counseling & Student Services from Cal State Northridge in 2019 & her B.A in Psychology from UC Santa Barbara. She is currently serving as the Youth Programs Director at the National Alliance on Mental Illness-San Fernando Valley (NAMI-SFV). She is a Mental Health First Aid Instructor as well as a QPR Suicide Prevention Instructor.
