This week saw us enter the beginning of spring, and as California moves into another season of drought, we turn to concerns about the weather and how cities throughout the state can deal with the uncertainty around climate, fire, water, and potential risks here.
In early April, the California State Department of Water Resources (DWR) will conduct its final measure of the Sierra Nevada snowpack survey. Those results will tell us much about water and drought concerns for the rest of the year.
