After President Joe Biden decided not to seek reelection over the weekend the Democratic Party seems to have coalesced around Vice President Kamala Harris as she now has enough delegates to be the parties nominee. Now the question turns to selecting a Vice President and on the short list of possible running mates is North Carolina Governor Roy Cooper.
