Simon Morris is happy with this week’s assortment, featuring two great films and only one, er, other one. There’s a documentary about the current sensation at Cannes - veteran art-rockers Sparks - one of the hits of the French Film Festival, and a strong, mostly women, cast in a comic-book type thriller.
