Is it possible to have too much of something? Ever hear of the old saying, too much of a good thing?  We humans often cram our lives with too much of everything. This can weigh us down and eventually complicate our lives where it's totally unnecessary. Too much activity, too much food, too many choices... these are just a few examples of how having too much can not be a good thing.In today's episode, I talk about how we can know when enough is enough. In Dr. Wayne Dyer's book, Change Your Thoughts, Change Your Life; Living the Wisdom of the Tao, he deciphers for us the verses of the Tao Te Ching.
