This week Ashlie and Gilbert talk with Concordia University Irvine's own Dr. Jeff Held. Dr. Held is a music professor, the Director of Arts Activities, the Director of Orchestral Activities, and also the Assistant Dean of the School of Arts & Sciences. By serving in so many roles you know Dr. Held has learned a few things about leadership amidst the snowballing responsibilities he shoulders while deftly wielding his conductor's baton.
