In this interview, Peta shares how she couldn't trust her body but eventually found intuitive eating, which helped her to relearn how to listen to her body to nourish her soul. She outlines how she was able to take care of her body, take action and heal her relationship with food.
We explore how the media plays a role in self-care and share some ways you can do impactful self-care to destress, repair, and heal.
