But most people just don't like getting feedback, which is really sad because giving and receiving feedback is a crucial aspect of business growth.

Feedback tends to strike fear into our heart, because the thought that someone took time to analyze our performance makes us feel exposed and vulnerable. Unlike most people who fear negative feedback, I recently discovered I had a fear of positive feedback. I just don't know what to do with it! But I know I need to adjust how I perceive these evaluations, and make the process much more effective.
