This is a day that encourages us to perform acts of kindness, whether big or small, and to recognize the incredible impact they have on both the giver and the receiver. Sometimes, kindness feels like a rare gem in a fast-paced world, doesn’t it? We’re so often wrapped up in our own lives that we can forget the power of a simple, genuine act of kindness.

Try sending a quick message to a friend you haven’t spoken to in a while, letting them know you’re thinking of them. Or, if you’re grabbing a coffee, maybe pay for the person behind you in line. No one’s keeping score, but remember – each little act can carry a lot more weight than we realize.
