In this Encore episode Jessica shares her message of love, light and hope when a loved one dies by suicide. Saying someone died by suicide rather than committed suicide is more sensitive and accurate.  Sometimes mental illness is fatal,  just like cancer is sometimes fatal.  It’s okay to feel your feelings whatever they are.  Resisting your feelings is more painful then allowing them.  Don’t be afraid to ask if someone is considering taking their own life.  People want to talk about the person their loved one was, not how they died. You are worthy whole and good exactly as you are. This world is better for you being in it.
