Guy, when you talk about people not needing to understand what is "under the hood" to use something, you are reminding me of a concept called "Classic versus Romantic Understanding ", which I first encountered in a book called "Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance ". But then, I am a 67-year-old techno-hippy boomer. :)
